• Pie Crust (pre-made) 9''
• Fresh Cranberries 2 cups
• Water 1/4 cup
• Fresh squeezed orange juice 2 teaspoon
• Orange Zest 1 teaspoon
• Sugar 3/4 cup
• All purpose flour 1 teaspoon
• unsalted butter 1 teaspoon

1) Preheat your oven to 400 degrees, spray a 9” tart pan with a removable bottom with non stick cooking spray and lay in the pie crust. Trim off extra dough and set aside. 2) In a small saucepan over medium heat, add the cranberries, water, orange juice and orange zest. Bring to a boil and cook for about 2 minutes, add the sugar and flour and cook for 1 more minute or until thickened.
