步骤 1

Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form. 蛋清打至硬性发泡。

步骤 2

Combine the 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder, egg yolks and melted butter in a mixing bowl and whisk. Thin the batter out with water if necessary. 蛋白粉,蛋黄和融化的黄油放入大碗中搅拌。如果太稠可以适量加入一些水。
