绿豆糯米发糕(oil &sugar free mung bean cake)的做法步骤
步骤 1
绿豆隔夜泡发后,取出200g。 绿豆牛奶投入破壁机搅打匀,加入酵母、鸡蛋拌匀,最后拌入糯米粉,室温发酵一小时。
步骤 2
搅拌排气,倒入模具,二次发酵30分钟。入蒸箱,蒸40分钟。
