30g oats 1/2 banana a pinch of cinnamon 1 tsp sugar free maple syrup (regular honey or sweetener work as well) 100ml water 150g of high protein yoghurt

Banana cinnamon overnight oats的做法步骤

步骤 1

Mix oats, water, 1/2 banana, cinnamon, maple syrup until combined. Microwave for 1min 30sec. Spread yogurt over the oat layer. Leave in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight. Top with a couple of banana slices and sprikle some cinnamon to serve!
