* Pickling radish 1. Clean the radish and cut into 3cm cubes. 2. Put diced radish in a large bowl and pickle in coarse salt and sugar for 1 hour. (Stir occasionally.)
* Making flour paste 1. Simmer flour and water in a pot.
* Making kkakdugi 1. Add coarse red pepper powder into the flour plate. 2. Finely chop the green onion. 3. Put seasoning ingredients except fine red pepper powder and flour paste in a bowl and mix together. 4. Mix the seasoning with the flour paste mixed with coarse red pepper powder. 5. Rinse the pickled radish and drain. 6. Add all the seasoning ingredients to pickled radish and mix. 7. Add fine red pepper powder and mix. 8. Store in an airtight container.
