• carrot juice 20g
• lemon juice 15g
• walnut liqueur such as Nux Alpina 15g
• Demerara simple syrup 15g
• fleur de sel, Maldon pinch
• or other flaky sea salt
• orange/lemon zest (optional) 1 strip, for garnish
• or fresh ginger a thin slice
