Originally for 10 buns --- we make 8 buns.
Bakers flour 260g
Milk powder 15g — skip
Caster sugar 30g
Instant yeast 3g
Salt 3g
Egg 45g
Water 115g — Change to 85 g water when egg was 55 g (10 g extra from orig recipe)
* 5/4/2024: used 115g milk to sub water, but dough too sticky so added 2 spoonfuls of flour
Unsalted butter (soften) 30g
Filling -- too little for someone's taste, so we upped all to 120g
* for 8 buns, Did 120 g ham, 90 grams of cheese and 60 grams of mayo
Ham/canadian bacon 80 g
Shredded cheese 80g
Corn kernels 50g

-3/2/2024: scored, bake at 365F for 16 mins
-3/9/2024: didn't score, bake at 350F for 18 mins, flipped upside down in a turned-off oven for 2 mins
- 2/8/2025: 350F for 29 mins, in dumpling shape
