rest for 2 hours or till double volume
add the rest of ingredients and make the dough - 11/26/2023: made double dough with 23 g cream cheese to sub heavy cream; 79g milk to sub 110 g milk; 40 g butter
Bake at 330F for 30mins for black loaf pan; for generic loaf pan (light colored), 345F for 35 mins * if bake without lid, reduce 5/10 F and reduce 5 mins or so - 07/23/2023: i baked at 365F for 28 mins. Added another 2 mins afterward, didn't seem to matter though. So this time it was 365F for 30 mins (could try shorter time next time)
