用料

make tangzhong

mix all

rest for 1 hour AND make coconut paste

步骤 4

shape: divide dough into 3, knead into rectangle and spread coconut paste on, roll it up

步骤 5

rest for 65 mins

步骤 6

bake at 365F for 10 mins, cover with aluminum foil and bake for another 20 mins * 400F*15 mins + 365F*10min (tried with chocolate bottom banana muffin) --- a little burnt looking on the outside, 400F might be too high or for too long
