bake at 400F for 10 mins, then 375F for 40 mins. could turn off the oven and leave it in for another 10 mins

* in live baking, she used 450 g flour and it was 2.5 cups --- I think with this recipe, 2.5 cups is too little flour. 450g flour with 1/4 cup water is a bit dry, but doesn't affect the end result (should use this ratio)
