for half of this recipe https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VtMDSaA3cWg * reduced milk from 110 g to 100 g; reduced banana from half (around 60 g) to 30 g (weight equivalent to half egg, rather than the normal half banana for half egg) ---- half banana + 110 g milk makes the dough too sticky

make dough (everything except butter)

步骤 2

rest for 20 mins and cut butter on top for softening

步骤 3

knead dough and proof for 1 h

步骤 4

shape----- divide the dough to 6 parts and roll into balls rest for 15 mins add jam and shape

步骤 5

proof for 40 mins

步骤 6

bake at 350F for 20 mins
