准备好上述食材 Prepare the ingredients above

把芦笋洗净,剪去端部,然后切成2.5-5厘米的薄片 Wash the asparagus, trim the ends and slice on the bias into 2.5-5-centimeter pieces

把蘑菇洗净,剪去茎干,切成1-2厘米的薄片 Wash the mushrooms, trim off the stems and slice the caps into 1-2-centimeter thick slices.

步骤 4

把油在锅中烧热 Heat the oils in the wok

步骤 5

加入大蒜炒几秒钟 Add the garlic and stir-fry for a few seconds

步骤 6

加入芦笋和香菇炒1分钟 Add the asparagus and mushrooms and stir-fry for 1 minute

步骤 7

加入蚝油与小米椒,继续炒至芦笋变软,大约3分钟 Add the oyster sauce and crushed red chiles (if using) and continue to stir-fry until the asparagus is nearly tender, approximately 3 minutes.
