1½ cups (180 g) + 2 tbsp (16 g) almond meal ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp apple cider vinegar 1 tbsp (15 g) ghee or coconut oil ¼ tsp sea salt 3 eggs ½ cup (120 ml) honey
Preheat the oven to 325°F (170°C, or gas mark 3). Make sure that the ghee or coconut oil is softened, but not melted. In a food processor or mixing bowl, place all the dry ingredients and mix. Then, add in the remaining ingredients and process until everything is combined. Grease a 9 × 5-inch (23 × 12.5-cm) loaf pan with ghee or coconut oil. Place the batter into the loaf pan. Place the pan in the oven and bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until a toothpick inserted through the middle comes out clean.
