Recipe from neighbor Lynn and Alan. Easy, tasty and very nutritious homemade fruity cakes. You can tell from the weight how much goodness I put in. A mouthful of organic dry fruits and nuts mixed with butter fragrance flour gives you a satisfied happiness. Nah... not that amazing plus I’m not a sweet teeth. However it is easy to make and most important, nutritious cake compare to other types of cake.
