Salted Chocolate Tahini Cookies

用料

• whole oats 1 cup
• whole grain spelt flour/ground almonds) 1/2 cup
• Good Runny tahini 1/3 cup
• flax egg 1
• dark chocolate chunks 80g
• maple syrup 7 -8 TBSP (or less)
• cinnamon 1/2 tsp
• vanilla extract Splash
• sea salt flakes for sprinkling on top little

combine all the ingredients in a large bowl, and make 12 cookie doughs. Sea salt flakes for sprinkling on top before put in the oven.

步骤 2

Bake for 10-12 mins on about 180C. Remember preheat the oven first.
