糖醋茄子

用料

• 茄子 5个
• 番茄酱 5勺
• 番茄ketchup 1勺
• 烧烤酱 2勺
• 蚝油 1勺
• 红酒 2勺
• 油 1勺
• Basil leaves 8

糖醋茄子的做法步骤

步骤 1

先用油煸炒茄子，变色后放入 2 cup tomato sauce, 1 tablespoon tomato ketchup, 1 cup red wine, basil leaves, hoisin sauce and oyster sauce. Cover the pot with lid, heat for 8 minutes, then it's done
