Cut tofu to small size
Put olive oil in hot pot and put tofu in
Fry until all tofu turn to golden color on at least 4 side
Put 1/4 tea spoon red salt
Cut xiaosongcai 小松菜 : cut root to three or four parts ,
and leaf to two parts
Put root first with olive oil , fry until half fried, then put some water. If there is no other ingredients, put leaf in
If there is other ingredients like tofu, put tofu in, fry a little bit
Then put leaf in
Fry until all leaf turn to soft
