Since Marcel Proust gave them a mention in his novel "Remembrance of Things Past", generations of French children have come home from school to a plate of these to dip in their " chocolat chaud ". They work equally well with a nice cup of tea or coffee.

• all-purpose flour 130g
• baking powder 1/2 teaspoon
• salt a pinch
• caster sugar 120g
• eggs 3
• honey 2 teaspoon
• grated zest of lemon 1
• salted butter, melted and cooled 120g
• icing sugar, for decoration 1 tablespoon
