Authentic Italian Ragu

no need for garlic, no need for herbs, don't use tin tomato or fresh tomato!

用料

• Pancetta 100 gram
• onion 1 medium
• carrot 1
• celery 2 stroke
• beef mince 500 gram
• pork mince 500 gram
• tomato puree 1 small tin
• red wine 1 glass
• water or beef stock 500 gram
• bay leaf 2

sweat holy trinity, then the mince, add wine

add tomato puree, stock, bay leaf

simmer for at least 3 hours
