用料

• white wine 300ml
• chicken stock 300ml
• 帕马森 80gram + crust
• cream cheese
• 玉米淀粉

Heston's cheese sauce的做法步骤

步骤 1

wine reduced to 30ml, add in stock and cheese crust to infuse 20 mins

步骤 2

coat the cheese with corn flour, then add cheese to a reasonable hot temp

步骤 3

don't over stir the mix, rest for a couple mins, then add in cream cheese.
