用料

• mayonnaise 1/5 cup
• chopped cilantro few
• minced garlic clove little
• cayenne pepper little
• salt little
• for crab
• finely diced celery 1 tea spoon
• fresh chive little
• cilantro little
• crabmeat 1/5 pounds
• salt
• black pepper
• flour 1/10
• egg 1
• panko 2/5
• oil for fry
