蛋糕胚还是用星杭妈的方子，蛋糕扫糖水，芝士夹层搬运如下：
■ Rare cheesecake
200g cream cheese
30g sugar
30g milk
5g gelatin
60g white chocolate
200g heavy cream
1 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
最后淋面：
Boiled strawberry juice +corn syrup:
50g White chocolate
Unsalted butter
2a Gelatin
30g Boiled strawberry juice(120g strawberry +10gLemon juice)
Red food coloring (optional)
如要调颜色就加heavy cream
