蛋黄酥酥酥(超级奶香黄油版)

加了麻薯,油皮用了250g中粉,85g黄油,90g的水!酥皮用了195g低粉,108g黄油!蛋黄只用了半个,家里有老人怕全蛋黄胆固醇过高!麻薯配方105g糯米粉,20g白砂糖,100ml牛奶,还有15g水,30g玉米淀粉,15g黄油,整个方子做了22个蛋黄酥!
