罗勒香草酱 Fresh Basil Pesto

2杯新鲜的紫苏叶,包装
1/2杯新鲜磨碎的巴马干酪,乳酪或罗马诺干酪
1/2杯特级初榨橄榄油
1/3杯松子或核桃
3个中等大小的蒜瓣,切碎
盐和现磨黑胡椒调味


1结合的罗勒和松子放入搅拌机搅碎。 (如果您使用的是核桃,先切碎然后再加入紫苏。)最后添加大蒜。

2慢慢加入橄榄油在搅拌机机,拌均匀之后添加磨碎的奶酪直到混合。加入少许盐和现磨黑胡椒添加味道。

面条煮法
意粉 - 250克
大洋葱 - 1个(切碎)
大蒜 - 3瓣(切碎)
虾 - 300克
罗勒香草酱 - 400克
黑胡椒和盐 – 少许

1。把水沸腾,添加大海盐。煮面条嚼劲,冷水下冲洗。将煮好的面条放在大煎锅或平底锅上。

2。加入一些盐和胡椒,煎虾直到熟为止。

3。炒洋葱和大蒜,直到香味扑鼻,放入面条炒锅中和熟虾,罗勒香草酱拌均匀,如果味道不够,加少许黑胡椒和盐。趁热食用

2 cups fresh basil leaves, packed
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan-Reggiano or Romano cheese
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/3 cup pine nuts or walnuts
3 medium sized garlic cloves, minced
Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

1 Combine the basil in with the pine nuts, pulse a few times in a food processor. (If you are using walnuts instead of pine nuts and they are not already chopped, pulse them a few times first, before adding the basil.) Add the garlic, pulse a few times more.

2 Slowly add the olive oil in a constant stream while the food processor is on. Stop to scrape down the sides of the food processor with a rubber spatula. Add the grated cheese and pulse again until blended. Add a pinch of salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

Spaghetti with pesto Sauce
Spaghetti – 250g
Big Onion – 1pc (chopped)
Garlic – 3 clove (chopped)
Prawn – 300g
Pesto Sauce – 400g
Black pepper and salt – little

Bring water to a rolling boil. Add sea salt. Cook noodles al dente. Rinse under cold water to prevent clumping when cooking is complete. Place cooked noodles in large sauté pan or saucepan. Set aside.

Fry prawn with some salt and pepper until cook.

Fry onion and garlic till fragrance, and add noodles into the fry pan, add the cooked prawns and pesto sauce.  Over medium heat, toss noodles and pesto sauce until heated through. Taste it to add black pepper and salt if necessary. Serve hot.
