羊肉洗净切块,胡萝卜擦丝,洋葱切丁 Cut the lamb into blocks, chop the onion and shred the carrots.

锅里放稍微多点油。如姜片洋葱炒香。加羊肉,孜然粉,小茴香,盐,酒炒至变色。 Add a little more oil into wok. Stir fry onion and ginger until fragrant. Add lamb, cumin powder, fennel seeds, salt, cooking wine, stir fry until lamb change color.

将炒好的羊肉放入洗好米的电饭锅内。 Put lamb on top of washed rice.

胡萝卜丝拌少许油,放入羊肉上,撒少许盐。加水至三杯米刻线,按白米煮饭程序。煮好后拌匀。 Mix carrot with a little oil, put on top lamb and sprinkle with some salt. Add water to white rice 3 cups mark, cook as white rice. Mix well when finish.

Add a little extra oil as normal. The rice should taste a little oily when finished. 正宗抓饭应该加葡萄干。本人不喜甜。所以省略。
