First: souce the meat- put a plastic wrap on top - put into fridge
Cut onion into slices
Cut carrots&potato into blocks, blend them with bit of oil then put into oven for 25mins with 180degrees or if u have 2 pans u can boil them for 18mins after boil the water so they can get soft
Cut green pepper into small pieces as well.Cut garlic into slices.
Heat the pan with oil while heating the potato n the carrot. Put garlic, onion, and pepper in to fry when u feel a warm temperature above the pan, get potato and carrot out from boiled water or oven,get the chicken out to fry with the vegetables. (add little bit of water when the pan gets sticky)
Put curry block and cream cheese in with little bit of water when the colour of chicken start to change, blend it till cream cheese melts, add cream or coconut cream, blend and taste the sauce, add little bit salt/sugar/water to adjust the flavor, if the curry flavor is not strong enough, add 1tsp of masala powder or curcuma powder.
