Put egg and milk in the bowl and mix well. Make sure mix them before add the hot cake mix.
Add hot cake mix and gently mix. Do NOT mix in a circular and DO NOT mix too much. Apporpriate mixing time is about 40s-50s. Let the batter rest about 4 minute.
Heat a pan over medium heat.Oil the pan lightly and place the pan on a wet towel to cool down the pan a little bit.
On low heat, pour 1/3 of the batter from heights of 30cm onto the pan, and cook for 3mins until bubbles appear on the surface.
Flip with a spatula, cover and cook for 2mins until browned on the other side.
