吞拿鱼沙拉：好好吃

沙拉：dressing很好吃，用这个酱腌的鸡胸肉很好吃，但吃不太贯橄榄，整个有点过于light

1 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons lemon juice (juice of 0.5 lemon )
1 tablespoons water
1 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 tablespoons fresh parsley
1 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoons garlic (minced)
0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
0.5 teaspoon salt
cracked pepper (to taste)
250g chicken breast
1/2 cucumber (small, diced)
1/2 tomato (diced)
1/4 red onion (sliced)
1/2 avocado (sliced)
15g pitted Kalamata olives (or black olives, sliced - optional)
1 lemon wedges (to serve)
