Today, I made dumplings with my mother. First, Mom mixes the noodles. I minced celery, cabbage, spring onion, ginger. Then put the onion and ginger and mince together, then put an egg and oil, put in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, salt to taste. Strain celery and cabbage and stir with mince. Then roll the leather dumplings. We made fritters with the rest of the dough. It smells so good. The fritters have distinct layers and taste seasoned with salt. Delicious!
今天和妈妈一起包饺子了。首先,妈妈和面。我把芹菜,圆白菜,葱,姜都剁成沫。然后把葱姜沫和肉馅放在一起,再放入一个鸡蛋和料油,放入生抽、老抽、盐调味。芹菜和圆白菜滤水后和肉馅搅拌。再擀皮包饺子。剩下的面团我们还做了油饼。真是太香了。油饼层次分明,味道有盐调味,美味极了!
