Gingerbread Cookie
300g all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon pounder
2 tsp ginger pounder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1/4 tsp clove
1/4 tsp salt
Some ground pepper
150g butter
135g brown sugar
1 egg
(If adding molasses, 100g brown sugar + 60ml of molasses - never tried before. Need to test it out)
Flatten to about 1mm thin
Keep refrigerated before shaping
Bake at 175C / 350F
