Used the wontons I made during covid in a chicken wonton hotpot and made some chicken noodle soup with the leftover chicken the day after.
Scored a company baguette (my work has it's own internal bakery 🤭), but we still had some bread to finish off so I stored it away instead. I cut slits into it and sandwiched some garlic butter I made inside then wrapped it up in foil to put away in the freezer. Ended up baking it in the oven to serve with the short rib stew my sister made along with a cauliflower potato mash.
This cauliflower mash is the easiest and also much lower carb than the traditional potatoes, just in time for Sydney's potato shortage ATM 🥺
