改良了配方,必须无糖或低糖! 成品100分😋😋😋
用的无糖饼干,记录一下自己的配方,方便下次再做。
50g butter
130g biscuits
350g mango (keep 80g puree for topping)
250g cream cheese
80g erythritol and 14g gelatin powder in 100ml water, microwaved.
150g cream
blend all together
half a lemon juice
mix all together
chill 4 hrs
