Tried my hands at doing some pan fried buns today! Used a scrambled eggs, glass noodle, dried baby shrimp and green onion filling since I really couldn't be bothered to go out and buy some chives.

It turned out pretty good, would totally do classic pork filling next time with some decent chicken or pork soup jelly 🤭

My first ever white flour steamed buns, I think it's not quite as fluffy as I'd like them, perhaps I need to proof them a while longer? 🤔
