Crust: 1 cup almond flour, 8oz butter, dash of salt 350f bake 10mins
Filling: 24oz cream cheese, 3 eggs, 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1/4cup monk fruit sweetener, dash of salt, 350f bake for 30mins,
After that broil for 1-2mins until the top gold golden brown.
Tips for the future: maybe add heavy cream in filling can make the texture more moisture, wanna add vanilla extract next time, this time, too much monk fruit sweetener inside, next time, reduce it.
