连续6个基础欧包,终于和新面粉磨合好了。这次基本没有发现什么明显的问题,加了一点蝶豆花也没有影响crumbs。下次准备加点cheese或者坚果这类容易影响组织的食材试一下。和小娃一起做了个Peppa pig的stencil,还挺可爱吧😜
