Pre-new years dinner w my roommate.
New England style clam chowder. As authentic as it gets - Got the recipe from union square oyster house - if you know, you know.
Made everything from scratch - salted pork, potatoes, half and half - and most importantly, fresh clam meat and clam juice from Hong’s seafood. Freshly caught Friday morning and it’s in my chowder Saturday night.
So. Good. Especially with fresh garlic bread - I baked it, but it’s from Whole Foods. Can’t lie lol
