鸡爪🐔

鸡爪最适合追剧的时候啃了,满满的胶原蛋白,
还不长胖[微笑R][微笑R]
「食材」:鸡爪
                 葱姜蒜
                 线椒,朝天椒
「配料」:花椒
                  桂皮
                  橙皮
                  八角
                  白果
「做法」:1:清洗鸡爪,剪去指甲,对半切开,
                       比较好入味,烧热水,放入葱段生姜,
                       料酒,给鸡爪出血水,捞出鸡爪后再洗净
                 2:热油,放入姜蒜,配料炒香,放一勺
                       豆瓣酱,倒入鸡爪放生抽,老抽,耗油,
                       加一罐啤酒,大火煮
                 3:大伙煮开后,放入鸡精,盐,倒入
                      线椒朝天椒,大火煮开后转小火
                       焖十五分钟
                 4:用筷子戳一下鸡爪,能轻易戳进去
                       证明熟了,大火收汤汁,出锅
