制作简单,营养丰富,简直是居家必备的家常菜!
Hello I'm Isaac.  As I love eggs very much, I'll start this 「100 Ways to Cook Eggs」 from today on. The Vol. 1 is Fried Eggs with Shrimp Meat and Chives.
It's easy to cook and neutritious.  Everyone is able to cook it at home.  

食材 Ingredients:
1. 5个鸡蛋  5 eggs
2. 200克虾仁  200 gram of shrimp meat
3. 一扎韭黄  A brunch of chives
4. 调味料:盐、胡椒粉  Seasoning: salt, pepper

Tips 提示:
1. 韭黄只需要一小扎,太多韭黄的话会有太多水分,影响炒蛋的制作;
We only need a small brunch of chives as too much chives would make the dish too wet.  
2. 由于鸡蛋鸡蛋容易熟,虾仁需要先炒熟炒香,然後再一起炒。两者不要同时炒,不然虾仁未熟鸡蛋已经太老了。
As the eggs take shorter time to be cooked, we need to stir-fry the shrimp meat until it's cooked first, and then stir-fry them together to avoid the eggs being over-cooked. #港式茶餐厅#  #家常菜#
