柔软耐嚼的燕麦葡萄饼干
材料：Ingredients:Butter(unsalted 2 sticks) Sugar 1/2cup Brown sugar 1cup Vanilla 1Tbs Egg 3  Flour 11/2cup 1Tsp baking soad ,1tsp Cinnamon,1/2 Tsp salt oatmeal cup ow to make soft and chewy oatmeal raisin cookies
In a bowl put raisin & add hot water & set them aside, they'll become plum & juicy.
In a mixing bowl put one cup of unsalted butter (2sticks)Add 1/2cup sugar,add 1 cup brown sugar, cream or beat well,mix vanilla extra & eggs,.Add 1 egg at a time .beat well on medium speed untill smooth & creamy,scrape the bowl
In a bowl with 1 1/2 cups of flour add 1 tsp baking soda,1 tsp cinnamon,1/2 tsp salt ,add 3 cups of oatmeal,with the mixer on,slowly add dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.Drain the raisins then gentle press them down to remove excess water .Add them to the cookie batter .using spoon or spatula to stir everything together.Drop the cookie dough by two tablespoon falls about 2 apart onto baking sheets.Bake at 350F for 10-12 minutes.只能1000字
