The tiny pita i made for ljnch turned out to be best. Light, fluffy, slight crisp, thin
Rolling pin rly do make difference.
The recipe also make more than 6 if the portion is that of the tiny pita.
Perfect with food-coop’s dill tzatziki.
Maybe should make my own tzatziki
