Bún bò Huế

Bún bò Huế, a Vietnamese noodle soup. I'd never had this in a restaurant so I didn't know what it should taste like. I didn't like it much at first then asked a Vietnamese coworker what it should taste like. She said it should be "shrimp paste-y" so I added about five times as much as the recipe called for. It was great after that!
