Breakfast: Chia pudding with cinnamon

Lunch: dunking donut multigrain bagel with cream cheese

This is the coconut curry chicken for dinner. Paul loves it!!!

I thought we would have some left over, but we finished all of them.

Then I started making the turkey jerky, sweet potato cake for tmr fellowship! (I eat so many pieces of the potato cakes) I am super full

Plus, I ate the protein bar as well although I wasn't hungry... SO FULL.

From week#3 completely cut out sugar. No fruits, no added sugar, no cheat eating. Have to know what my body really needs and eats
