Let's see. There is kale, quinoa, brown rice, kidney beans, wood ear, dried bamboo, shiitake mushroom, peas and tomato in there. My version of a mixed Buddha bowl. 没见过更杂的啦。羽衣甘蓝,藜麦,糙米,腰豆, 荷兰豆,西红柿, 晒干的笋干木耳和香菇。好像没加盐,但为啥这么好吃😋?干货本身咸吧。继续练力量,饮食要跟上,不然怎么长!
