Day #13

Another under control day:-)))
Breakfast, espresso with two slices toast and cheese
Lunch: regular coconut curry chicken and veggi salad

When approaching dinner time, I have cocoa powder with milk.

For dinner: I had avocado toast and one protein bar

Snack of the da: celery
I read a lot of articles about maple syrup and brown rice syrup
So maple syrup contains 60% of fructose   While brown rice syrup only contains 1% of fructose and it has 50% of carb and around 45% of glucose. Although it has high calories but it has healthy and natural  sugar. But for this moment I am nothing using this syrup.  Hang there
