巴利玛洛调味酱是爱尔兰知名女厨师Myrtle Allen于1964年创制的调味酱，秉承天然食材烹饪的理念经营Ballymaloe House酒店及叶芝餐厅（曾获米其林一星）、Ballymaloe Cookery School。其家族中Darina Allen和Rachel Allen皆为烹饪电视节目主持人和作家。
